For home, property and business owners in Upstate New York west of the Hudson River, the southern Adirondacks . Please note: Customers of Delaware or Otsego Electric Cooperatives do not qualify for NYSERDA financial incentives. There is no economic benefit to PV without the incentives.

For information more specific to your site and a system price quote a site survey is usually required. Our site survey service is $200 per site, ($250 for locations more than 2 hours up to 3 hours away from us.) The $200 is refundable only upon purchase of system, product or service from us. The fee is not refundable if your site is found not suitable for a renewable energy system. The fee is payable upon completion of our site survey. You can Pay ahead here if you wish. It might expedite scheduling the survey. A receipt indicating our terms is available upon request. If you pay ahead be sure to come back to this page and fill in this form and return it so we can get in touch to schedule. Otherwise you will need to call us 607-847-6366. Please also be assured we do not give you a sales pitch during our site survey. The time is used to gather information specific to your site, make preliminary decisions about what might or might not be practical for the site and to answer any questions you might have about renewable energy technology. It is our company policy to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about a renewable energy system purchase. After the site survey we prepare: 1) A complete proposal/ sales agreement that specifies materials, price (before and after NY State incentive, if applicable), info about applicable tax credits, solar sales tax exemption and a description of the financial incentive and utility interconnection process. 2) Utility interconnection application form and a copy of the Utility interconnection agreement. 3) An application form for NY State financial incentive. 4) Sales tax exemption forms. 5) An economic life cycle cost analysis forecast (on solar and wind systems only). 6) A forecast of annual energy saved by the system. 7) A cover letter with instructions as how to sign up for your system.

Many of you are inviting your neighbors to site surveys. We now reserve the right to charge all present the $200 site survey fee, especially if it results in an immediate additional site survey. If you plan to invite your neighbors please tell us at the time of scheduling so we can allow time for it. Most site surveys are scheduled on the same day as others. Surprise site surveys are straining our schedule and our capacity to send follow-up paperwork.

Due to heavy demand for site surveys and quotes we can no longer offer expedited placement on our schedule. We are on a first come first served basis only. Please expect 4 to 6 week turn around time to receive your follow up paperwork. Feel free to call 607-847-6366 to check on the status of your proposal if it exceeds this timing. We are doing everything possible to meet the demand and get back to everyone with limited staff. Please be assured we are worth waiting for. Thank you for your patience.

We are installing contractors of renewable energy systems including solar, wind and micro hydro power systems. We install in Central New York, and the Adirondacks. Sorry, if you are outside our service region we can no longer offer design consulting. Demand for our installations is now extreme. There is no longer time to assist do-it-yourselfers.
