We're growing! Looking for a career change and
you have hands on technical and public relations sales skills? We are looking
for one person who can: Not only install A Ground Source Heat Pump system but
see the whole project from site survey and sale through the design/ estimating
process to completion of the installation.
Details:
The job may start as a part time until demand
grows. In addition to skills listed above, we need this person to be able to
trouble shoot and service existing ground source heat pump systems which
includes refrigeration technology. The job may involve servicing old solar water
heating systems as well. Former training and or experience would be a major
plus. For the right person the job
could grow to managing all of the heating aspects of our solar business. So
knowledge of business management would be helpful. This person must be able to
use computers for estimating and word processing. We use QuickBooks Pro
Contractor edition for our accounting and estimating.
Skills required include customer relations,
education and selling. A willingness to travel up to three hours from the main
office to job sites is also required. A willingness to grow into the job is
required. This may mean an entry level salary to begin plus commissions for
leads you generate.
